Jingjing Lu, also known as Liz, is the founder of MO SHE and a qualified beauty therapist and educator with a passion for creating thoughtful, personalised beauty experiences.

Before entering the beauty industry, Jingjing completed a Master of Laws and an MBA. Although her academic and professional journey began in a very different field, she gradually discovered that her true passion lay in beauty, skin health and helping people feel more confident in themselves.

She holds a Diploma of Beauty Therapy as well as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, combining hands-on beauty expertise with professional education and training skills.

Jingjing specialises in customised facial treatments tailored to each client’s individual skin concerns, lifestyle and goals. Her areas of focus include Chinese facial Gua Sha, facial lymphatic drainage, Face Sculptor facial lifting techniques, skin-focused facial treatments and keratin lash lifts.

Her approach to beauty is never one-size-fits-all. She believes the best results come from understanding the individual, working with the skin and facial structure, and creating treatments that are both refined and purposeful.

Alongside working with clients, Jingjing is also passionate about education. She teaches facial massage and lash lift techniques, sharing both practical skills and a deeper understanding of treatment principles with beauty professionals and students.

At MO SHE, Jingjing brings together beauty, technique and education to create a space centred on personalised care, visible results and quiet confidence.

James Xing leads medical aesthetics at MO SHE, bringing clinical experience and a thoughtful, highly personalised approach to facial rejuvenation.

His philosophy is to enhance each person’s features while preserving their individuality. Every consultation explores facial structure, skin quality, concerns and personal goals before a treatment plan is recommended.

With a background in surgical and clinical practice, James approaches aesthetic medicine with care and attention to detail. Each plan focuses on facial balance, proportion and subtle refinement, with natural, individually appropriate results as the aim.

At MO SHE, James works closely with the skin and beauty team, combining medical aesthetics with advanced skin treatments where appropriate. Together, they aim to help clients look refreshed and balanced, and feel confidently themselves.
